About

Digging. Playing. Understanding coffee.

Micro lot coffee roasters based in Antwerp. Bringing top notch coffee to the people.

Our story

Specialty coffee, minus the fuss

Andy Roasters started with a simple itch: understand coffee properly, then share it without the ceremony.

So we dig — into micro-lots from Brazil, Kenya, Uganda, Burundi, Colombia and Thailand, into processes and roast curves, into why one tiny change makes a cup sing. We play — with natural processes, with our Pink series, with playlists at the Morning Show and routes with the Runners Club. And we keep on understanding, because coffee never stops teaching.

What comes out of that is unpretentious specialty coffee: the kind that works in a flat white at 8am, in a V60 on a slow Sunday, or in the milky dreams of someone who just wants a really good cup. We roast approachable, we price fairly, and we tell you exactly where the beans came from.

What we stand for

Our values

Approachable craft

Serious roasting, zero snobbery. If you can taste it and enjoy it, we've done our job.

Transparent provenance

Micro-lots with names, farms and prices we can stand behind. No mystery blends.

Community & culture

Coffee is a reason to gather — for records, for runs, for the third cup nobody planned.

How we roast

From green to great

  1. Sourcing

We buy micro-lots in small volumes, as close to the harvest as we can.

  2. Profiling

Each lot gets its own curve — developed for clarity, sweetness and balance.

  3. Cupping

Every batch is tasted before it ships. If it doesn't sing, it doesn't leave.

  4. Resting & shipping

Roasted Mondays, shipped Tuesdays — fresh, fast and fully traceable.

The roastery

Antwerp-made, every week

Our roastery sits between the two cafés, which means every coffee you buy has been tasted on the same benches where we dial in for our own guests.

Drop by the Flagship Store on Amerikalei or Cafe Betty in Berchem — the roastery smell alone is worth the trip.
